Right of Withdrawal – DKP Automotive

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at dkpautomotive@gmail.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exemptions:
Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including customized items, special orders, and used parts.
